This project was my very first project and it is quite a challenging one. All aspect of the property has been redone. Here are some photos before:
First Thing I noticed is the lack of entry to the view and backyard, kitchen was blocked behind doors and lack openness. Lack of bathroom, old piping etc. So, the entire floor plan was redone and the house was stripped to the stud. Master bedroom and closet was added, among with 3 additional bathroom, each for a bedroom:
The house is then finished on Feb 2025 with all new designed. It is exciting to see a plan become reality.
